The Autumn Edition Has Arrived

September 1, 2011

One of the oddest things about publishing a seasonal magazine is that you are always thinking one season ahead. Yesterday topped out close to 100 degrees where I live, but at Rhythm of The Home, Autumn has officially arrived.

This edition is full, and fun and ready for you to enjoy. We have over 50 crafts, projects, and reflections to savor this season, and we hope that you will do just that. We also have a few changes to the look and feel, which is only the beginning of the new features that will be popping up over the next few months.

Autumn might well be my favorite time of year, and this season I was excited to contribute a piece on autumn camping with children, and a meditation to bring in the season.

This edition closes out Rhythm of The Home’s second year, and eighth edition. What an amazing run it has been, and what a great future to look forward to. As always, Bernadette, Julia and I can not say thank you enough for your support and contributions to this community project.

Now go and enjoy, and don’t forget the giveaway!

I love those striped pants your son is wearing! I'm so excited to check out the new edition, later. Time to bake some cupcakes now to celebrate the first day of school. And the temps will be in the 90's here.

I can't believe it. Already? I'd better start washing the heavy blankets and such.

I took a peek and loved your camping piece. That actually helps me adjust my attitude to it little by little. I always love your guidance for meditation with children! Thanks so much!
