It is 6 am MST, and I am watching the sun come up in a very quiet house. I am normally always awake at this time, but since I have not yet laid my head to a pillow, this feels a bit more unique. Rhythm of The Home entered the digital universe today, and it feels amazing to have this first edition completed. As with any new creation, there are still a few kinks to work through, but we have been really lucky with how well this all came together.
Although it took a lot to get this publication off the ground, it was really worth the challenges. Having time and space to create projects for our home, our family and our friends, and then to have the ability to share it with all of you has been a great experience. Seeing the special words, pictures and creations that so many of you shared was a special treat for us as well.
The holidays are now here and I am looking forward to sinking lazily back into my daily life with my little ones, a good book, and always this creative space here. To slip back into the rhythm of my home.
Bernadette and I want to thank Stacy for all of her hard work on designing the site for Rhythm of the Home, and for getting us through all of the technical hurdles. We could not have done it without her. And to all those that contributed their words, art and emotions, thank you. What a joy it is to see our work come together.
